Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KWordGame (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the Korean word chain game service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the Korean word chain game provided by the Company.
• "User" means a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions and uses the services provided by the Company.
• "Account" means a combination of characters, numbers, or special characters selected by the user and approved by the Company for user identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

1. These terms and conditions take effect by being posted on the service screen or notified to users by other means.

2. The Company may change these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.

3. If the terms are changed, the Company will notify users of the changes through notices 7 days before the implementation date.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services.

• Korean word chain game service
• Game records and ranking management
• Member management and authentication
• Other services determined by the Company

2. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services if there are reasons such as maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication.

2. The Company compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information according to the registration form prescribed by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Company registers users who apply for membership as described in paragraph 1 as members, except in the following cases.

• If the applicant has previously lost membership status under these terms and conditions
• If there are falsehoods, omissions, or errors in the registration details
• If it is determined that registering as a member would significantly hinder the Company's technology
